Personal life

Charlotte Best born 16 January 1994 is an Australian actress. She grew up in the town of Gosford where she attended Central Coast Grammar School and was friends with Romy Gilbert and the like. She then moved to Sydney with her family. She has three brothers. She is currently studying full time for her Higher School Certificate.

Best is best known for her role as Annie Campbell in the long running TV series Home and Away between 2007 and 2010. She played alongside her onscreen brother, Geoff (Lincoln Lewis) Her character went on a student exchange to Japan, commencing October 2009, which was originally scheduled to be for 6 months. She returned on screen in March 2010, on a 6 week holiday break from Japan, before leaving again. At the Logie Awards of 2008 Best was nominated for Most Popular New Female Talent, which was won by Bindi Irwin.

Young Best regularly appeared as fashion model in both "Barbie" and "Total Girl" magazines. She was the face for "Miss Metalicus" clothing and appeared on "Comedy Inc".
