Valeen Montenegro Vicente born 10 June 1990 is a Filipino actress. Montenegro was one of the new talents launched by ABS-CBN as part of Star Magic Batch 13 in 2006. She made her film debut playing a ghost in the 2008 film Hide and Seek. Valeen is the granddaughter of LVN Pictures, Inc. actor Mario Montenegro. She is currently studying Fashion Design in the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
