Francesca Ruth Fisher-Eastwood was born on August 7, 1993, in Reading, California. She is the daughter of legendary filmmaker and actor Clint Eastwood and his former companion actress Frances Fisher (together from 1990 to 1995). Francesca has six paternal half-siblings: Kimber Eastwood, Kyle Eastwood, Alison Eastwood, Scott Eastwood, Kathryn Eastwood and Morgan Eastwood. Her nickname is Frannie.

At age 2, Francesca Fisher-Eastwood made her first taste in front of the cameras when she was cast in the supporting role of Mary Day in the film “The Stars Fell on Henrietta” (1995), starring her mother and produced by her father. She resurfaced four years later with a notable turn as Kate Everett in the box office bomb “True Crime” (1999), which was directed by and starring her father. The role brought her a Young Artist nomination for Best Performance in a Feature Film - Young Actress Age Ten or Under.
