Whulandary Herman born June 26, 1989 in Pariaman, West Sumatera is an Indonesian beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Puteri Indonesia 2013 and represent her country at the Miss Universe 2013 pageant. Whulan become the second woman from West Sumatra who took the crown after Melanie Putria who won the title in 2002.

She was born and raised in Pariaman, West Sumatra and she finished her high school in Padang before moving to Jakarta. In 2007 she decided to move to Jakarta and started a career in modeling, which she also continued her education, studying communication.
Whulan's step in modeling soared after competing in Wajah Femina 2008. In February 2010, she won the Asian Top Model of the Year 2010 at the Fashion Asia Awards that held in Hangzhou, China. She beat three other nominees who are top models of Vietnam, China, and Mongolia. Previously, Whulan also has won 3rd Runner-up & The Best Catwalk at the International Model of the Year 2009 in Korea. Thereafter, Whulan become one of Indonesia's most famous models.

Whulan, who stands 1.76 m (5 ft 9 1⁄2 in), competed as the representative of West Sumatera. Whulan and the other 37 contestants from 33 provinces competed for the title. Winning the title, she is the second woman from West Sumatra to win the Puteri Indonesia title. The first one was in 2002 with Melanie Putria won the title.
As the winner of Puteri Indonesia 2013, Whulan represent Indonesia at the Miss Universe 2013.
